This Friday group is for pupils in P4 to P7. Children are placed by school year, not by age. Sessions run in the Sciennes gym hall during the autumn term.

Progression: Gymnasts looking for a longer MES session can also try Intermediate–Advanced or Mixed Ability — both offer a free trial.
