Friday gymnastics at Sciennes Gym Hall. Children join by school year — P1 and P2.

This Friday group is for pupils in P1 and P2. Children are placed by school year, not by age. Sessions run in the Sciennes gym hall during the autumn term.
Typical skills & activities
- Fun, age-appropriate gymnastics
- Balance, jumping and safe landings
- Listening skills and group games
Progression: As children move up school years they can step into P3–P4, or try an MES session if a trial slot suits better.
